Inquiry received, Pricing, Samples development and send for approval, Bulk Fabrics & Bulk Trims & Acc. Booking and In-House, Production Planning, Order Executing, Order follow up, ensure Quality, Inline Inspection, Final Inspection and on time delivery.

• Consumption, Costing, Products developing and approval by Customer.
• Price negotiation & order confirmation.
• Received Master LC from the Customer and open back-to-back against the bulk Fabric/Yarn, Trims, Zip. Etc.
• Material (Yarn, Fabric, Trims) and Trims and Acc. booking and procurement.
• Preparing Time and Action (T&A) plan and doing necessary follow-up for proper execution.
• Proceeding for Lab-Dip submission & getting approval.
• Proceeding for all approval like PP Samples, Trims and Acc. before proceed the Bulk Production.
• Order follow up and quality control in production.
• Inline Inspection
• Final Inspection and submit repot to Customer.
• Ex-Factory and on time delivery.
• Complete all the shipping docs, booking with forwarder and shipment handover.
